At IGS Market, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, snacks)

  • Health and personal care items (e.g., opened bath & beauty products)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items.
